Items are quality checked and packed in store by our team.
Payment is due at checkout for all orders being delivered. You pay by Paypal or call us in store for card payments on 028 795 49243. Orders will not be dispatched unless full payment is received.
Our delivery service includes Northern Ireland, England, Scotland & Wales. (Islands/Highlands may incur an additional charge. Get in touch for details). All our items are sent fully tracked via Yodel/MyHermes on a 3-5 day service. Our dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday. If you require your order any faster, please get in touch so we can try our best to organise a delivery.

We offer a free Click & Collect service from our store. If you would like to use this service just select 'Free Click & Collect' at checkout. Please contact us for your collection time. Payment is due on collection.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact us before returning any items. You may return items within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt at your own expense. We highly recomend you send you return via recorded delivery. You must organise your own courier and are not premited to send any items back with the delivery courier.
If there any discrepancys or damages with your order we should be notified within 24 hours.
Refunds will be processed within five working days.
